Cancellation Policy
There is a 50% charge of your service fee to the card on file for any no- shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are running late, you must call " Before" your scheduled time slot. A 15 minute grace period is given after your appointment time before considered a no-call, no-show. Anyone's declined card/non-payment will be restricted from making future appointments.
